A small project means a small inbox. There is one email address that handles everything; replies usually go out within a few business days.
The fastest way to reach a real person is email. Use a descriptive subject line — it goes a long way toward getting a fast reply.
If you've hit a bug, the most useful thing you can include is:
Public bug tracking lives on the GitHub repository. Filing an issue there is fine and often gets the fastest response, since it makes the problem visible to other users who may have the same issue.
Privacy requests under GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations — including data-deletion requests, data-portability requests, and "Do Not Sell or Share" requests — should go to the same email address with "Privacy request" in the subject line.
Note that ScreenIT does not collect personal data on a server we control (see privacy policy), so the typical "delete my account" or "export my data" requests don't apply. There is no account to delete and no server-side data to export. We can confirm this in writing on request.
For DMCA notices, takedown requests, or other formal legal correspondence, also use the same email address with "Legal" in the subject line.
ScreenIT is a small independent project but we're happy to talk to journalists, reviewers, and creators interested in covering it. We can provide review copies of premium, technical background on the AirPlay / Miracast implementation, and details on the privacy architecture. Lead time of a few days is appreciated.
For partnership and integration requests — bundling, OEM licensing, white-label arrangements — we'll consider serious proposals but the bar is high. ScreenIT is unlikely to fit a partnership where the partner controls the user experience or where ads or telemetry are added on top.
